Chocolate Protein Mousse

This delicious Chocolate Protein Mousse is healthy, easy to make and tastes like a decadent treat!

Chocolate Protein Mousse

Yield: 2 servings

You will need: food processor (blender can work too), measuring cups and spoons

KeyT=Tablespoon; tsp=teaspoon


  • 1 medium, ripe avocado
  • 2 servings (68 grams) I ❤ Chocolate Protein
  • 2 T cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 T maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)


  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor or a bowl using a (handheld electric mixer) and blend them together until the mixture is a very smooth consistency.
  2. Spoon into serving glass and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
  3. Add your favorite toppings.

Additional optional toppings:

berries, kiwi fruit, figs, goji berries, banana, almonds, crushed nuts
